Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing and using Gift Cards for Amelia ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Plugin.

2. License

2.1 Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on one (1) WordPress installation for the duration of your subscription.

2.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Plugin's core code for redistribution
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Plugin on more than one site per license

2.3 Customization

You may modify the Plugin's CSS, templates, and configuration for your own use on the licensed site.

3. Subscription & Renewal

• The Plugin is offered as an annual subscription at $39/year
• Your subscription includes plugin updates and email support for 1 year
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel at any time through your LemonSqueezy account
• If you cancel, the Plugin continues to work but you will not receive updates or support

4. Support

Support is provided via email at contact@ameliagiftcards.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.

Support covers:

• Installation and configuration assistance
• Bug reports and troubleshooting
• Feature questions and guidance

Support does not cover:

• Custom development or modifications
• Third-party theme or plugin conflicts
• Server configuration or hosting issues

5. Requirements

The Plugin requires:

• WordPress 5.0 or higher
• PHP 7.4 or higher
• Amelia Booking Plugin v9+ (any license). Requires the Finance module (coupons).
• A Stripe or Square account for payment processing
• SSL certificate (HTTPS)

We are not responsible for issues arising from incompatible environments.

6. Disclaimer

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Gift Cards for Amelia is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or developed by TMS — Network Solutions (the makers of Amelia Booking).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Plugin, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

We offer a 14-day refund policy. See our Refund Policy for full details.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
